Learn2VolunteerReloaded
Capacity Building in the field of Youth

Learn2Volunteer Reloaded project, a transformative initiative funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ program.
This project aims to empower youth by developing their skills in volunteering, digital learning, and social entrepreneurship. Learn2Volunteer Reloaded builds upon the success of previous initiatives by enhancing the Learn2Volunteer platform and introducing innovative digital tools to provide tailored learning experiences for young volunteers.
The platform supports volunteers by offering training in key areas such as project management, social inclusion, and intercultural communication, helping them to develop skills that can be applied in both personal and professional settings.

Objectives
Enhance the Learn2Volunteer platform by developing new training modules and resources.
Strengthen the capacity of youth organizations and mentors to support young volunteers effectively.
Improve the social and professional integration of young people through volunteering and digital learning.
Promote intercultural understanding and social inclusion through youth-led initiatives.
Create a sustainable network of youth organizations and volunteers across Europe and the Mediterranean region.
Kick off Meeting
Learn2Volunteer Reloaded project was officially launched with a successful kick-off meeting in Jordan. Representatives from all partner organizations gathered to outline the project framework, discuss strategic goals, and establish the foundation for effective collaboration. Key topics discussed included project objectives, activity timelines, and expected deliverables. The partners focused on defining the educational tools and methodologies to be used within the Learn2Volunteer platform, ensuring that the platform meets the needs of young volunteers and youth workers across different regions. The meeting also covered financial arrangements, risk management strategies, and communication guidelines to maintain a smooth and coordinated implementation process.
As part of the kick-off meeting, participants had the opportunity to visit the University of Jordan and the Erasmus National Office in Jordan. These visits provided valuable insights into the local educational and youth development landscape, helping to align the project’s goals with the needs of the Jordanian youth sector. The visit also facilitated knowledge exchange and strengthened collaboration between the project team and local stakeholders.

Research Component
The project includes a dynamic and interactive research phase aimed at identifying the specific needs of young volunteers and youth workers. This research will be conducted in three key stages:
Survey – A comprehensive questionnaire will be distributed to young volunteers and youth workers to gather data on their experiences and training needs.
Interviews – One-on-one interviews will be conducted with youth workers, project coordinators, and young volunteers to gain deeper insights into the challenges and opportunities within the volunteering sector.
World Café – A series of structured, interactive discussions will be held to encourage participants to exchange ideas and propose solutions to improve the support structure for young volunteers.
First Training
The first training took place in Greece, where youth workers and project coordinators participated in a 10-day intensive program. The training focused on developing core competencies in e-tutoring, digital learning, and social entrepreneurship.
Participants engaged in practical sessions on how to use the Learn2Volunteer platform, deliver effective online training, and provide tailored support to young volunteers. The training combined theoretical learning with hands-on activities, enabling participants to gain insights into the challenges faced by young volunteers and how to address them through innovative solutions. Special attention was given to fostering an inclusive environment for young people with fewer opportunities.

Local Activities
Interactive discussions will be held to encourage participants to exchange ideas and propose solutions to improve the support structure for young volunteers.
