Support Youth Leaders (SYL) started in 2015 in Jordan with a mission to empower youth through non-formal education, fostering personal and professional growth. Over the years, we’ve brought together passionate project coordinators, trainers, and facilitators, expanding our impact and evolving as an organization - both in reach and mindset.
As a multi-ethnic and inclusive organization, we embrace diversity, using it as a driving force to create engaging, intercultural learning experiences. From capacity-building programs to international mobility projects and training courses, we provide youth with opportunities to connect, learn, and grow.
