Step by Step Towards Entrepreneurship
"Step by Step Towards Entrepreneurship" is a capacity-building initiative under Erasmus+ that aims to foster cooperation between Mediterranean and European NGOs. It focuses on providing quality entrepreneurial education and promoting the employability of NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) youth while strengthening the international dimension of youth activities. The project involves six nonprofit organizations (three from the EU and three from the MENA region) and targets nearly 600 young people from six countries through workshops and non-formal education.
Objectives
Create a network of 28 international youth workers and prepare them to become multipliers of entrepreneurial education.
Encourage the inclusion and employability of nearly 600 NEET youth by organizing local workshops and using game-based learning and non-formal education.
Raise awareness about the importance of entrepreneurial education in both formal and non-formal educational settings
Results
28 youth workers trained in entrepreneurship and actively involved in creating a board game to teach entrepreneurial skills.
A complete and free toolbox for youth workers and teachers was successfully developed and made available online in six languages.
An innovative board game was created and tested, providing a practical tool for learning entrepreneurship.
A dedicated project website was launched and maintained to promote the project's outputs and activities.
Six newsletters in English and five other languages were created and distributed by each partner to disseminate project updates and outcomes.
An international communication campaign was conducted, raising awareness about the project and its impact across the partner countries and beyond.
