YES HUB
Capacity Building in the Field of Youth

YES HUB (Youth Entrepreneurs Social Club) is an innovative initiative designed to foster social entrepreneurship among young people aged 17 to 35. The project aims to empower youth by combining entrepreneurial skills with a strong social impact, encouraging young people to create solutions for societal and environmental challenges.
Through the YES HUB platform, participants have access to a wide range of interactive learning modules, practical tools, and networking opportunities with experts, policymakers, and fellow entrepreneurs. The platform provides a comprehensive learning journey, starting from identifying social problems, developing solutions, and ultimately launching social enterprises to improve their communities.

Objectives
To expand the "youtheclub.eu" platform, increasing access for youth, particularly those with fewer opportunities, and extending it to new partners and countries.
To identify and address the needs of platform beneficiaries, ensuring tailored support for entrepreneurial initiatives.
To provide sustainable support structures and open professional opportunities for young people involved in social entrepreneurship.
To modernize and adapt the existing E-Seeds and E-Stream learning courses to accommodate young people with special needs.
To create a strong E-Hub network, training new E-mentors and building the capacity of youth workers to support social enterprises.
To promote civic and entrepreneurial initiatives among young people to improve the quality of life in local communities.
Kick off Meeting
The project kicked off with a two-day meeting in Guadeloupe, France, where the project coordinator and representatives from each partner organization gathered to outline the project’s goals, activities, and deliverables.
The meeting included an introduction to the project’s methodology, timeline, and expected outcomes. Partners discussed communication strategies, monitoring and evaluation processes, and the creation of an interactive learning platform.
The kick-off meeting laid the groundwork for successful collaboration and implementation across partner countries.

Mid Term Meeting
The mid-term evaluation meeting was held in Turkey and involved project coordinators, external evaluators, and youth representatives. The meeting focused on assessing the progress of the project, evaluating the involvement and impact of young participants, and identifying any challenges. Based on the interim evaluation report and platform usage statistics, the team proposed improvements to enhance the project's impact and ensure the achievement of its objectives within the planned timeline.
The YES HUB project is co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ programme, reinforcing its commitment to empowering youth and fostering social entrepreneurship on a global scale.
