In this workshop, we will embark on a journey to discover how inclusion can be nurtured in everyday contexts. Together, we will reflect on the power of language, exploring how words shape relationships and create a sense of belonging. We will look at the environment that surrounds us, learning how spaces and the symbols we choose can either open doors or build barriers. Finally, we will dive into group dynamics, practicing ways to ease tensions, prevent conflicts, and strengthen collaboration. Through interactive activities and shared reflections, participants will gain practical tools to bring inclusion to life and make it a natural part of their daily interactions.
